Golden Bear Insta Soup

If you don't have an instapot or know what one is, it's time to come out of your cave and enjoy the ability to make amazing soup in 15 minutes, that tastes like it's been cooking all day! 

After a busy day of work making this soup is super easy! 

And is Gut Restoration approved!  

Heres your ingredients:  

1 lb. bear meat burger, or venison, elk, grass fed beef, or buffalo,  

2-3 cups bone broth  

4 organic large carrots, chopped

4 organic celery stalks, chopped

1 sweet white onion, chopped

1 large clove of elephant garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

juice of one Meyer lemon 

1 tbsp maple syrup  

dried herb mix- rosemary, thyme, basil

sea salt to taste

Heat up instapot, add olive oil and maple syrup. Add chopped onions and sautée till soft. Add carrots, celery, garlic, and lemon juice and slightly soften. Put in meat, dried herbs, and salt, and cook until meat is halfway cooked. Add bone broth, then apply lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. 

After releasing steam (venting) pot, open, and place in bowls, serving with a pinch of salt! Fasted healthiest soup ever!
